Priced at $208++ per person, this exquisite menu begins with a refreshing Chilled Seasonal Turkey Salad accented with Passion Fruit Sauce, followed by a luxurious Combination of Sliced Barbecued Suckling Pig and Black Caviar, served alongside an artful Swan Puff Wanton with Bonito Flakes. The experience continues with the Nutritious Double-boiled Fish Bone Broth with Fish Maw and Lobster, a comforting and flavour-rich highlight that reflects the finesse of Cantonese cooking. Guests will then enjoy the delicately Steamed Sea Perch Fillet accompanied by Asparagus, Lily Bulbs, Crab Meat, and Roe, before indulging in the fragrant Wok-fried Rice with Egg White, Ham, and Dried Scallops. Guided by Chef Teruya’s heartfelt philosophy—“I created these menus to share a taste of my heritage and warmth with my diners during this festive season”—each dish is crafted to evoke tradition, craftsmanship, and the elegance of winter. Guests can indulge in two exquisite Winter Kaiseki menus: Shimotsuki ($250++ per person) and Shiwasu ($330++ per person). The Shimotsuki Menu highlights luxurious creations such as Foie Gras Pâté with Jimami Tofu, Raspberry Pearls, and Alba White Truffles, Mozuku-su with Snow Crab, Sweet Corn Flan with Bafun Uni, Kimizu-dressed Kuruma-ebi, Seasonal Premium Sashimi, Spiny Lobster Ravioli with Umami Ankake and Alba White Truffles, Roasted A4 Kyushu Wagyu in Egg Yolk Sukiyaki Sauce, Premium Fish Nigiri Sushi, and Japanese Seasonal Fruits. The menu features an elegant selection of savouries, including Lobster Salad with Crispy Crousta, Salmon and Cheese Roulade, and Apple and Walnut Savoury Tart, paired with festive sweet treats such as Hazelnut Passion Fruit Log Cake, Raspberry Rosella Choux, and classic scones. On weekdays ($68++ per person), the afternoon tea is served on a three-tiered stand, complete with a choice of main course like Master Butcher’s Pork Roulade, Turkey Slider, or Penang Prawn Noodle Soup. On weekends and Christmas Day ($78++ per adult, $39++ per child), the experience transforms into a lavish buffet-style spread featuring Chef’s Speciality Showcase items, including Festive Beef Wellington, Roasted Turkey Breast, Sticky Toffee Pudding, and more. Executive Pastry Chef Edina Si notes that the sweet creations “deliver a festive twist, celebrating a balance of citrusy freshness and sweet, comforting notes.” Guests may also indulge in festive set menus, with two- or three-course lunches ($35++ / $45++) offering dishes like Salmon Carpaccio, Pacific Prawn Katafi, and Truffle and Fungi Tortellacci, while the three-course festive dinner ($55++) features highlights such as Scallop Crudo, Bisque de Homard, Sous-vide Beef Cuberoll, and Oven-baked Turkey Roulade—each dish crafted to bring quintessential holiday flavours to the festive dining table.

Get the festive celebrations going at PLUME with Head Mixologist Akmal Haqim and Bar Manager Siew Han Jun, as they usher in the holiday season with an irresistible lineup of cocktails and entertainment. Guests can indulge in Akmal’s specially curated festive creations, each crafted to evoke the warmth and nostalgia of the season. Sip on the classic PLUME Mulled Wine ($20++), a comforting blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cointreau, festive spices, ginger flower, and honey, or enjoy the beloved Christmas favourite, the Classic Egg Nog ($20++), a velvety mix of bourbon, egg, milk, sugar, and aromatic spices. For those seeking a non-alcoholic yet equally satisfying treat, the No Fly Nog ($15++) offers a delightful alternative without compromising on flavour. Enhancing the festive ambience, PLUME will also feature live band performances on 24 and 25 December 2025, filling the evenings with music and merriment. “This holiday season, reconnect with friends and loved ones over classic festive cocktails that are warm, familiar, and inviting!” shares Head Mixologist Akmal Haqim, capturing the spirit of the celebrations.
