Following the opening of Golden Chopsticks (金筷子), Singapore’s first-ever Yun-Gui-Chuan (云贵川) concept, in November last year, the restaurant welcomes the Year of the Horse with an exciting lineup of festive Chinese New Year dishes and set menus infused with authentic Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan flavours, tailored for Singaporean tastes. A key highlight is Golden Chopsticks’ Suan Cai Yu Sheng — Singapore’s first of its kind — priced at $38.80, offering a bold and refreshing twist on the traditional prosperity toss with Sichuan-imported pickled mustard greens, crispy taro and sweet potato, sweet garlic dressing, and generous slices of salmon. In addition to this, the restaurant is featuring seven exclusive Chinese New Year dishes available as part of set menus for 4, 6, or 8 people (not available à la carte), including Garlic Shrimp with Pumpkin and Vermicelli cooked in a fragrant claypot, Sweet & Sour Live Marble Goby, nourishing Pork Rib & Chinese Lotus Root Soup, Jasmine-Smoked Chicken with Lemongrass, Seafood Medley with Sea Cucumber, and Osmanthus Yellow Millet Glutinous Rice Cake for dessert. Festive set menus are priced at $158++ for 4 pax, $218++ for 6 pax, and $278++ for 8 pax, each thoughtfully curated to represent prosperity, warmth, and togetherness. Hey Kee HK Seafood

Hey Kee HK Seafood ushers in the Year of the Horse with celebratory Chinese New Year dine-in menus and takeaway sets, thoughtfully curated for heartfelt reunions and indulgent feasts. Known for serving authentic Hong Kong–style cuisine in richly nostalgic settings, Hey Kee pays homage to the disappearing dai pai dong culture of 1960s Hong Kong at its location within the historic Singapore Badminton Hall on Old Airport Road. The space transports diners back in time with red plastic chairs, green banquet tables, vintage movie posters, mosaic-tiled accents and live seafood tanks, complemented by private dining rooms with karaoke, as well as recreated retro bus stop and barber shop installations. Kai Duck

Kai Duck welcomes the Year of the Horse with an extraordinary lineup of Chinese New Year 2026 offerings, led by the internationally acclaimed Group Executive Chef Fung Chi Keung of Kai Garden.  The Millionaire Takeaway Set (from $598+ for 5 pax) is a six-course feast featuring Prosperity Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng in Olive Oil, the opulent Supreme Fortune Pot loaded with 15 premium ingredients including South African abalone, sea cucumber, golden oyster, fish maw, fatt choy, braised pork belly, and Kai Duck’s signature roasted duck. It also includes Steamed Half Sultan Fish in Superior Soya Sauce, a platter of succulent BBQ Pork, Wok-fried Glutinous Rice with Waxed Meat and Half Roasted Duck, and Pan-fried Glutinous Rice Cake for a sweet finish. Legendary Hong Kong

Celebrate at Legendary Hong Kong with its highly anticipated Chinese New Year 2026 festive menu. This year’s highlights include the opulent 财富 (Cáifù) Poon Choi, auspicious 大吉大利 (Dà Jí Dà Lì) Prosperity Abalone Yu Sheng, and the brand’s much-loved housemade roasted meats.  The Legendary Poon Choi ($268 for 6 pax), layered with premium ingredients such as whole abalone, prawns, fish maw, dried oysters, shiitake mushrooms, roast duck, poached chicken, roast pork, waxed sausages and fish curd, all bound together by a deeply flavourful five-hour mother broth simmered with old hen, pork bones, dried seafood and pumpkin. A festive essential, the Prosperity Abalone Yu Sheng is available in two sizes, featuring premium abalones, crispy fish skin, shredded vegetables and housemade plum sauce. Completing the spread are classic Hong Kong roasts including Legendary Roast Duck, White Poached Chicken, Soya Poached Chicken, crispy Roast Pork Belly and HK BBQ Pork Char Siew, alongside festive savoury cakes such as Fortune Turnip Cake, Fortune Taro Cake and Fortune Water Chestnut Cake. Orchid Live Seafood

As Chinese New Year approaches with the lively energy of the Horse, families can ring in the season of prosperity with Orchid Live Seafood’s specially curated set menus. For smaller groups of four, the $488++ menu begins with a toss of Abalone Yu Sheng topped with two-head abalones for good fortune, followed by the highlight LIVE Australia Lobster steamed in aromatic Chinese wine. Complementing the feast are H.K Steamed Wild Coral Trout, the Signature Platterwith Steven Chicken and Ngoh Hiang,Kung Fu Pickles, and Alaskan Crab Meat Seafood Fried Rice, finishing with the floral Premium Bird’s Nest Soup with Peach Gum. Larger groups can indulge in the $608++ menu for five to six diners, featuring Garlic Steamed LobsterH.K Steamed Live Soon Hock, and Sliced Australian Abalone with Spinach, while the $888++ menu for eight or ten adds Braised Fish Maw with Alaskan King Crab Meat Soup and Drunken Prawns. The ultimate celebration for 10–12 people is the $1,388++ set, showcasing LIVE Chinese Wine Steamed Australia LobsterBoston Lobster Yu Sheng, and Premium Bird’s Nest Soup with Peach Gum, among other festive favourites. Pazzion Café

For coffee lovers, the Abundance Citrus Cream Latte ($9.80) offers a luxurious fusion of bright orange notes, robust espresso, and creamy milk, crowned with fluffy whipped cream, roasted hazelnuts, mint leaves, and tangerine slices, finished with an indulgent caramelised Biscoff rim. Rounding out the menu is the Tangerine Harmony Duck ($22), where a perfectly crispy duck leg is glazed in glossy ginger plum sauce, uplifted with tangerine orange and honey pineapple chunks, and paired with buttery russet potatoes and vine tomatoes for a satisfying balance of savoury and sweet. Po Restaurant

Po at The Warehouse Hotel welcomes the Lunar New Year with two thoughtfully curated festive menus designed for convivial gatherings and meaningful celebrations. Available throughout the season, the Feast of Harmony ($68++ per pax) offers a comforting and well-balanced spread that begins with Po’s Signature Popiah Set, a refreshing starter layered with textures and flavour, alongside a warming Pork Tripe Soup with White Pepper that soothes the palate. The meal continues with classic communal dishes such as Nonya Chap Chye and Ee-Fu Noodles, both served to share and symbolising longevity, harmony and togetherness at the table. For a more indulgent celebration, the Feast of Abundance ($88++ per pax) enhances the experience with additional premium offerings. Diners can look forward to Stuffed Oyster as a starter, followed by the richly flavoured Braised Pork Belly with Taro, a dish synonymous with prosperity and abundance. The highlight of the menu is the One Treasure Pot, a luxurious medley of premium abalone, Hokkaido scallop and sea cucumbers, slow-braised in an intensely savoury Japanese dried scallop broth. The feast concludes on a light and refreshing note with Yuzu Cheng T’ng or the Kueh of the Day. A vegetarian menu is also available at $68++ per guest, ensuring all diners can partake in the festivities. Racines – Sofitel City Centre

Racines presents a festive Chinese New Year buffet, perfect for gathering with loved ones. Begin with an indulgent Seafood on Ice spread featuring Fresh Oysters, Lobsters and Prawns, complemented by refined starters such as Smoked Duck Breast Salad, artisanal cheeses and charcuterie. The feast continues with beloved Chinese classics including Braised Abalone in Seafood Broth, Marmite Prawns, Longevity Ee Fu Noodles and the crowd-favourite Typhoon Shelter Pipa Duck. Vegetarian diners can enjoy the seven-course Joyous Set Menu ($138++), with Fortune Longevity Yu Sheng with Marmoreal Mushroom, Braised Pumpkin Bird’s Nest Broth, Braised Bean Curd Puff, Braised Bamboo Pith Fungus Rolls, and Five-Grain Fried Rice. The Westin Singapore

This Lunar New Year, the Lobby Lounge at The Westin Singapore invites guests to indulge in a heartwarming blend of nostalgia and modern elegance with the launch of Once Upon a Tea Time with White Rabbit, debuting on 12 January 2026. As the Lunar New Year approaches, Tim Ho Wan ushers in the festive season with a thoughtfully curated limited-time Chinese New Year menu, available from 20 January to 3 March 2026, alongside the highly anticipated Black Truffle Chicken Bun, which rolled out islandwide on 14 January. Diners can kick off the celebration with the comforting Glutinous Rice with Steamed Chicken in Wine Broth (S$18.80), a festive staple that pairs fragrant glutinous rice with tender steamed chicken, gently finished in a warming wine broth that adds depth, aroma, and a sense of reunion to every spoonful. For a refined seafood option, the Steamed Scallops with Green Sichuan Peppercorn (S$22.80) showcases plump, delicately steamed scallops lifted by the subtle numbing fragrance of green Sichuan peppercorn, delivering a balanced bite that feels both elegant and celebratory. The Crispy Noodles with Prawn and Abalone Sauce (S$26.80) offer a satisfying contrast of textures, bringing together golden, crunchy noodles crowned with succulent prawns and a rich, umami-laden abalone sauce. To round off the meal on a festive note, the Lucky Crispy Chinese New Year Cake (S$9.80) is pan-fried to golden perfection, resulting in a savoury treat symbolic of prosperity and good fortune. WHITE Restaurant welcomes Chinese New Year with a festive menu celebrating 亲情相扣—family ties, prosperity, and togetherness—featuring a special collaboration with Bee Cheng Hiang. The menu reinvents traditional flavours with bakkwa, pork floss, and crispy pulled pork twists, starting with the standout Golden Horse Abundance Bakkwa Yusheng (small $48, large $59 with abalone; small $38, large $49 with Gui Fei), crowned with whole abalones or premium Gui Fei slices for a perfect balance of sweet, savoury, and crisp textures.
