Scheduled for Friday evening, October 27, 2023, from 6:30 pm to 10 pm, the Big Night Bazaar will transform Level 1 of InterContinental Singapore into a bustling international night market. Guests can expect to embark on a sensory adventure, savouring 53 mouth-watering dishes that encapsulate the essence of street food culture. From the fiery Latin American flavours to the savoury European classics and fragrant Asian delicacies, this event pays homage to the rich tapestry of global cuisine.
Some highlights of the gastronomic journey include Oven-Roasted U.S. Prime Beef with Cajun Spices from America, Kurobuta Pork Knuckles from Germany, Okonomiyaki from Japan, Yangnyeom-Chikin from Korea, Beef Tacos from Mexico, Gua Bao from Taiwan, Tom Yum Goong from Thailand, and Cold Cut Banh Mi from Vietnam.
To satisfy your sweet tooth, indulge in iconic desserts from these countries, including Rum & Raisin Pecan Pie, Churros, LUCE-misu, Thai mango rice pudding, and Glutinous Rice Ball in Osmanthus Sweet Soup from Taiwan.
