A Wuhan cultural icon has made its debut in Singapore with the opening of the first Cai Lin Ji 蔡林记 store on September 6. Located in Jurong Point, this establishment brings the flavours of Hubei street food to Singaporeans, offering delicacies unique to the region. Cai Lin Ji, founded in 1928, is renowned for its Wuhan hot dry noodles, specifically the Signature Hot Dry Noodles.
