Chinese hotpot chain Xiabu Xiabu has finally arrived in Singapore

Founded in Beijing nearly 25 years ago, the wildly popular Xiabu Xiabu hotpot chain has held a firm grip on the hearts and tummies of hotpot fans throughout China and Hong Kong ever since. The revolutionary originator of the individual hotpot concept, Xiabu Xiabu’s unique offerings have changed the way foodies view hotpot dining, providing some of the most memorable and comforting meals out there.

Finally expanding beyond borders, they have now arrived in Singapore with the opening of their very first overseas outlet.

Strategically located along Bras Basah Road at Lazada One, fans in Singapore can now easily enjoy their famous hotpot. Featuring welcoming shades of earthy tones and light wood accents, the cosy bar-style concept is perfect for any occasion.

Known for their value-for-money, customisable personal hotpot sets, diners in Singapore can expect to find the same service and quality – simply choose your preferred soup base and meat, which all come with their own vegetable platter, grab an unlimited amount of condiments from the condiment bar, pick your choice of rice or noodles, Da Hong Pao or Aged Pu Er tea, then sit back and dig into your own little feast.

When you’re done, don’t forget to make your own bowls of iced desserts from the ice slushie bar.

Specially for their debut in Singapore, Xiabu Xiabu offers an exclusive dual hotpot option, where diners get to enjoy their chosen soup base alongside the brand’s rich Mushroom Soup Base, made with King Trumpet mushrooms, white button mushrooms, and Blaze mushrooms.

Showcasing a stellar menu that promises something for everyone, their delectable soup bases include the highly-recommended Golden Sauerkraut Soup with Sichuan vegetables, marinated mustard greens, golden apple, and rosemary, the Stew Pork Tripe and Chicken Soup, Nanyang Curry Soup, classic Tomato Soup, and spicy Sichuan Style Soup.

Don’t forget to look out for cooked dishes such as their Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice and Spicy Fried Popcorn Chicken while you’re there! For a truly delightful experience, diners at Xiabu Xiabu also get to enjoy bubble tea from Tea Mi Tea in the same space – a best of both worlds situation.
