Farrer Horse gallops into its first anniversary with an exquisite menu makeover
Farrer Horse, the equestrian-themed restaurant bar, is marking a year of culinary excellence with a remarkable menu transformation, inspired by the flavours of the racetrack. Since its grand opening last September, Farrer Horse has been a living tribute to the historic Farrer Park Racecourse, Singapore’s first horse-racing venue dating back to the 1840s. The establishment artfully blends history, elegance, and modernity across two meticulously designed floors.
The Dining Room on the first floor welcomes patrons with its refined setting, while the second-floor Stable exudes the vibrant spirit of the racecourse’s heyday, doubling as a charming bar. The new menu offers a delightful array of appetisers, including the Shrimp Cocktail and Chukka Tenders. Mains like Fish Tacos and the Trackside Burger are masterfully crafted to tantalize the taste buds. In addition to these exciting culinary innovations, Farrer Horse continues to serve beloved favourites like the Lamb Lollipops, Chicken Chettinad Pizza, and Surf & Turf Pie Tee.
The second-floor Stable, renowned for its lively atmosphere, introduces a fresh lineup of cocktails inspired by racing destinations worldwide. The bar menu features racecourse-inspired bites such as Racing Chickens and Jockey Steak Sandwiches. Complementing the culinary journey, Farrer Horse introduces a range of globally-inspired cocktails and drinks. From Longfellow to Habibi, Come to Dubai, and The Good Ol’ Days, these libations celebrate the international allure of horse racing.
Farrer Horse’s new menu and refreshed decor has been unveiled in October. Adding to the excitement, live entertainment from Rush Hour 2, a local acoustic band, will elevate the dining experience.
