Food Capital presents a gastronomic calendar of Singapore’s best daily specials

Tucked away from the city’s hustle and bustle, the award-winning Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore offers a picturesque, newly-renovated space for some of the most unforgettable urban retreats along the bank of our Singapore River.

A perfect destination for hungry foodies looking to dine with the view, their interactive Food Capital buffet restaurant has upped the ante this season – presenting us with their Singapore’s Best Daily Specials Buffet Dinner experience from now till Jun 30.

Promising to satisfy gourmands every day of the week, they present a multitude of different offerings from Monday to Sunday.

Beef lovers, head on over on Mondays to enjoy unlimited servings of Tiger beer with your buffet. On Beef and Free-Flow Beer Mondays, the line-up will feature a myriad of beef delicacies, including the juicy Java Beef Steak at their Live BBQ Station.

On Spice and Spicy Tuesdays, be blown away by a feast of spicy creations and spice-infused Northern Indian favourites. Go for the complex and balanced Mutton Varuval curry or have the restaurant’s popular Spicy Onion Oxtail Soup.

Then celebrate the midweek with their Bake and Cheese Wednesdays. Curating a line-up of delightful treats from different cuisines, fans can look forward to the return of the Baked Half Shell Scallop with Miso Vel and Tobiko, as well as a feast with desserts like the Basque Baked Cheesecake and Baked Durian Cheese Tart.

For an indulgent evening, Crabby Night Thursdays invite all crustacean lovers to dig into an irresistible line-up that includes local signatures like the Singapore Chilli Crab with Mantou, Trio Black Pepper Crab, and Kam Heong Crab – a rare opportunity to get your hands messy and enjoy all of them at the same time!

Back by popular demand exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays this season, the restaurant showcases a refreshed Seafood Literature II buffet line-up. The exclusive return will feature a series of sustainable seafood offerings like Boston lobsters and oysters, alongside renowned favourites such as their Sotong Masak Lemak Chili Api and Beef Rendang.

Ending the gastronomic weekly calendar strong, Food Capital’s International Buffet every Sunday presents a mouth-watering array of international dishes. From Western selections like a Slow Baked Herb-crusted Salmon to Asian BBQ highlights like the Ayam Percik Kelantan, there’s definitely something for everyone on the multi-faceted line.
