Indulge in a brand new brunch experience at 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung

Enjoying a good brunch session is definitely one of the best ways to start our days. Especially on weekends, when we’re looking to just let our hair down and indulge ourselves, a tantalising brunch is arguably the perfect way to begin.

Elevating the local brunch scene with their exquisite flair, The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore introduces the brand new Tropical Sunday Champagne Brunch at their signature 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung restaurant.

Featuring an exciting range of live stations, thematic cocktails, and even live entertainment to brighten your Sundays, foodies can look forward to a luxurious spread of the highest quality that comes with an option of free-flow champagne from Telmont’s Réserve Brut and Réserve Rosé varietals. Alternatively, diners also get to sip on vibrant, tiki-themed cocktails from The Bar at 15 Stamford.

Over at their cold seafood section, the brunch boasts a selection of fresh Baby Oysters, Tiger Prawns, Blue Mussels, Little Neck Clams, and Seasonal Oysters with a range of condiments like Thai assam vinaigrette, yuzu ponzo, and a cilantro and lime emulsion to enhance your plates of seafood with.

Then create your own pasta over at their pasta and noodles section, where diners get to pick out their choice of pasta – from capellini to macaroni – type of base and sauce, and have it cooked and served à la minute. While you’re there, don’t forget to also have a taste of 15 Stamford’s Signature Laksa!

Meat lovers are in for a treat with artisanal cuts of Beef Bresaola, Mortadella Bologna Pistachio, Jamón Ibérico De Bellota, and Hot Smoked Salmon over at the Charcuterie and Cured Fish Station. Setting a new bar in their premium experience, 15 Stamford now presents an exclusive Foie Gras Station, serving up mouth-watering plates of Pan Seared Foie Gras with Banana Rum Marmalade.

Showcasing their finesse with meat, the grill carving section offers succulent Wagyu Beef Hanging Tender, Pork Belly Char Siew, and Angus Beef Ribeye, alongside chargrilled Red Snapper, Gammon Ham, and Pasture Fed Lamb Leg.

For a perfect end, expect to dig into highlights on the Tropical Sunday Brunch’s extensive dessert spread, including meticulously crafted Yuzu Meringue, Lemon Purple Velvet Mousse Cake, and traditional Peranakan Kueh.
