Elevating the experience even further this month, they’re collaborating with homegrown award-winning skincare brand Sigi Skin to present us with A Nourishing Seafood Afternoon Tea with Sigi Skin.
Perfectly targeting our love for food and skincare at the same time, the limited-time menu features creations inspired by the many superfood ingredients found in Sigi Skin’s amazing products. For fans of the brand, look out for the likes of the vitamin C-packed Camu Camu and rich anthocyanins of Maqui Berries on this afternoon tea menu.
The decadence begins with scrumptious servings of their signature Lobster Thermidor, along with savouries including English Cucumber Sandwiches, Salmon with Ikura and Fine Herbs Pumpernickel, and the absolutely delicious Slipper Lobster with Mayonnaise on Brioche Roll.
On the sweets and scones menu, you’ll find new treats exclusively created for the A Nourishing Seafood Afternoon Tea with Sigi Skin experience. Fans of scones will love the extra depth in the Truffle Scones, as well as Vanilla & Matcha Scones with Yuzu Clotted Cream & Berry Jam.
Then satisfy your sweet cravings – without the guilt – with Soy & Pandan with Palm Sugar, Sago, and Mango Cubes, Maqui Berry Cheesecakes with Mint Syrup, and Oat Sugar-free Chocolate Chip Cookies. The list continues with the creamy Chia Seed Pudding with Acacia Honey & Avocado Mousse, irresistible Vanilla and Camu Camu Tart, and charming Grapeseed Oil Red Velvet Cupcake with Cream Cheese.
