Little Farms’ restaurants launch new dinner menus
Known for their natural, high-quality, and ethically sourced fresh produce, Little Farms has been offering the local community some of the most wholesome food and shopping experiences since they opened in 2016. Getting their produce directly from specially selected farmers and artisans in Australia, Europe, and North America, they continue to present healthy and delicious offerings from multiple outlets across the islands.
The specialty grocer has also just launched brand new dinner menus created by their head chefs at Little Farms Table at Tanglin Mall, Little Farms Café at Valley Point Shopping Centre, and Little Farms Bar + Grill at MyVillage Serangoon Garden.
Staying true to Little Farms’ commitment to using only the best carefully curated ingredients, diners may look forward to highlights such as dry-aged O’Connor steaks and a new Tiger Prawn dish at Little Farms Café, fresh pasta dishes at Little Farms Table, and a new line-up of grilled offerings at Little Farms Bar + Grill.
From now till Jun 30, Little Farms Avocado Club members will also be able to enjoy a special “Buy 4 Get 1 Free” promotion on their main dishes when they dine at these locations.
On Little Farms Café’s Modern European menu, look out for salads like the Avocado, Quinoa & Feta Bowl topped with walnuts, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds, a lightly seared Sesame Tuna Tataki & Soba, and mains the likes of a showstopping New Zealand Akaroa Salmon served with artichoke, capers, fennel, and orange for a delightful burst of flavours.
Ideal for sharing is their 1kg O’Connor OP Rib and 750g of O’Connor Dry-Aged T-bone premium free-range cuts from Australia. Complement your indulgent feast with sides like their Garlic Cream Tiger Prawns and Caramelized Mushrooms.
Over at Little Farms Table, look forward to fresh pasta made on-site and masterfully executed. Go for the Garlic Prawn Spaghetti, Pomodoro Pipe Rigate Sorrentina tossed in a cherry tomato concasse, and the flavourful Ox Cheek & Mushroom Pappardelle with locally grown pearl oyster mushrooms and ox cheek braised in a plum tomato stew. Go for the Tuna Tataki and Little Farms Charcuterie Board to share.
At Little Farms Bar + Grill, look forward to a grill-focused menu complemented with large plates like the fork-tender Braised Lamb Shank and an upsized Grilled O’Connor Rib Eye marinated with a porcini rub.
For smaller plates, pick from highlights like their Spiced Corn Ribs with marinated with tajin, succulent Chargrilled Octopus, and a brand new Angeleno Meatballs pasta with shaved parmigiano reggiano.
