LUCE celebrates first anniversary with exciting month-long promotions

Bringing us some of the most scrumptious dining experiences in town, the InterContinental Singapore’s flagship Italian restaurant celebrates their first anniversary with a month-long line-up of exciting offerings.

From now till the end of June, LUCE by Davide Giacomelli presents a gastronomic spread of refreshed daily themed nights, family-focused weekends, and even a seasonal venison menu to mark the occasion.

Gather your buddies on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for a midweek per-me-up with LUCE’s Pinsa and Booze bundle. Indulge in endless servings of hand-tossed pinsas and pizzas accompanied with free-flow Menabrea Italian beer and Prosecco from 6pm to 8pm. Highlights on the menu include their Pinsa Prosciutto Cotto e Gorgonzola, Pinsa Salsiccia e Funghi, Pizza Napoli, and Pizza Mortadella.

Specially for the ladies, head over on Thursdays for their attractive Ladies’ Night promotion from 6pm to 10pm. With a minimum of $28 spent, you’ll enjoy 2 hours of bottomless Prosecco, Aperol Spritz, and LUCE signature cocktails.

Then on Fridays, get ready for romance and elegance with an intimate Fri-date 4-course set menu of authentic Italian cuisine. Thoughtfully curated as an ode to love by Chef Giacomelli, the menu highlights the freshest catch from the ocean. Featuring the likes of a Hokkaido scallop carpaccio, durum wheat spaghetti cooked in a seafood stock with langoustine, an umami Halibut confit with cured fish roe, and a Yuzu mango petit gâteau dessert to end the meal on a high, couples may opt for a wine-pairing dinner to take the romance up a notch.

On Saturdays and Sundays, ease into your weekend evening with quality antipasti. From 6pm to 10pm, go for their Charcuterie and Prosecco bundle featuring LUCE’s meat platter for sharing.

From Jun 01 to 30, LUCE will also be celebrating their anniversary and the Italian National Day with three hearty venison dishes. For starters, there’s the Tartare di Capriolo, Ginepro, Insalata di’ Erbe, a delicate hand-cut venison tartare seasoned with grain Dijon mustard and topped with juniper berry. For pasta lovers, the Pappardelle al Ragù Di Capriolo features homemade pappardelle noodles with a slow-cooked venison ragout and parmesan cheese. Then there’s the indulgent Hamburger di Capriolo with a juicy venison patty, guanciale, and Provolone cheese.

On Jun 10, 17, and 24, LUCE’s pizza kitchen will also be hosting pizza making workshops for children from 4.30pm to 6pm. For Father’s Day on Jun 18, look forward to their special Father’s Day Italian Sunday Champagne Brunch with highlights like a Negroni push cart and a “Wheel of Prizes” for fathers to spin and win!
