From amongst the new creations, must-try highlights on the menu you’ll have to head over for include appetisers such as the amazingly aromatic Bowrington Bridge Crispy Soft-Shell Crab with garlic, chilli, and scallion, a heartwarming Double-Boiled Superior Seafood Soup with Mushroom served in Melon Husk, the 3.33 Honey Glazed Duroc Pork Ribs with yuzu soya sauce and grated coconut, and the spectacular Flambé Braised Crocodile Palm with vegetables and mushroom with captivating tableside theatrics.
