Man Fu Yuan redefines Cantonese dining with the launch of new menus

A longstanding icon of Cantonese fine dining in Singapore, the InterContinental Singapore’s beloved Man Fu Yuan restaurant sets their eyes on shaking the local culinary scene up this season with the launch of their new a la carte and set menus.

Tapping into Executive Chinese Chef Aaron Tan’s deep knowledge and experience in the culinary arts, the Michelin-recommended restaurant presents a new experience overflowing with the essence of Cantonese heritage through exquisite creations that brilliantly transport us back to the roots of Cantonese cuisine.

Breathing new life into Cantonese classics and perennial favourites, the refreshed menu balances authentic flavours with distinct touches of modernity. Elevated with masterful contemporary interpretations and premium ingredients, foodies can look forward to immersing themselves in a new and exciting gastronomic journey from Jun 24 onwards.

A showcase of stunning traditional culinary techniques and finesse, Chef Aaron’s new signature dishes promise to deliver an unforgettable feast for both the eyes and palate.

From amongst the new creations, must-try highlights on the menu you’ll have to head over for include appetisers such as the amazingly aromatic Bowrington Bridge Crispy Soft-Shell Crab with garlic, chilli, and scallion, a heartwarming Double-Boiled Superior Seafood Soup with Mushroom served in Melon Husk, the 3.33 Honey Glazed Duroc Pork Ribs with yuzu soya sauce and grated coconut, and the spectacular Flambé Braised Crocodile Palm with vegetables and mushroom with captivating tableside theatrics. An extremely rare offering these days, foodies who have yet to try crocodile palm will be delighted to find how tender and delicate it tastes at Man Fu Yuan.

Can’t wait to taste even greater indulgence? The menu also features the collagen-filled Braised South Africa Premium 18-Head Abalone with Guan Dong sea cucumber, braised till rich and tender for 6 hours, and a nourishing Braised Indonesia Cave Bird’s Nest with crabmeat, crab roe, and silver sprout in Beijing style.

Retaining taste and authenticity while displaying true multi-sensorial innovation, fans and foodies alike will have much to remember with Man Fu Yuan’s refreshed menu.
