Milksha launches new bento menu with authentic Taiwanese flavours

Dedicated to natural, handmade, and unique milk beverages, renowned Taiwanese bubble tea brand Milksha has consistently wowed consumers with their range of quality milk offerings and exciting seasonal specials with vibrant flavours.
Taking it a step further, fans can now enjoy a more complete experience with Milksha, who’ve launched a delectable menu of bentos and sides to accompany their addictive beverages.
Presenting affordable and authentic Taiwanese flavours, get whisked away to Taiwan with the iconic Braised Minced Pork Bento. Slow-cooked over low heat for 12 whole hours with a special blend of soy sauce and herbs, their minced pork boasts an incredible depth of flavour. Another Taiwanese classic to go for is their Red Yeast Pork Chop Bento, made using a family recipe and special red rice wine passed down through generations and a 24-hour marinating process to give us that tender quality and rich red hue.
For bolder flavours, there’s the Taiwan Spicy Fried Chicken Bento featuring chunks of chicken marinated with fermented bean curd from Taiwan for that umami and subtly spicy taste, before being deep-fried to a crispy golden-brown. Then there’s the Braised Pork Belly and Crispy Salted Chicken Duo Bento for a delicious contrast with melt-in-your-mouth pork belly and crispy chicken bites.
Other offerings on the bento menu include mouth-watering selections of fried salmon, braised drumstick, and more duo bentos.
Complementing the bentos are nine beloved snacks found in the night markets of Taiwan, including highlights like the Fried Oyster Mushroom, Squid Ink Cuttlefish Sausage, and Taro-filled Sweet Potato Ball.
Consumers will even get to add a touch of their own preference to selected bentos and sides with a variety of seasonings such as their Original seasoning, Truffle, Spicy, Spicy Truffle, Seaweed, Sour Cream, and Mala.
