As the holiday season approaches, One Farrer Hotel welcomes you to enjoy a celebration seamlessly weaving heritage with creative gastronomic experiences. From now to December 31, Executive Chef Marcus Tan and Pastry Chef Wee Pai Hau invite you to a festive menu that goes beyond expectations.

At the heart of this year’s offerings is the Delicioso Mexican Style Turkey with Spices—a daring and flavourful fusion of South American tastes. This standout dish boasts a meticulously spice-marinated turkey, complemented by Chef Tan’s unique Mole sauce, a captivating Mexican blend of hot chillies and dark chocolate. The outcome is a captivating blend of opulent and savoury flavors that gracefully exceed the boundaries of the conventional Christmas turkey. Complementing this star dish are the Signature Salt-Encrusted Turkey and the Delicioso Mexican Style Chicken Pullet with Spices, offering a delightful array to captivate and satisfy a variety of palates. 

In his inaugural festive season, Pastry Chef Wee Pai Hau unveils an array of Christmas delights. The east-meets-west Yule log cakes, including the Bailey Irish and Durian, showcase his creativity. The Bailey Irish entices with the aroma of signature liquor, harmonising with citrusy orange confit and the delightful crunch of hazelnut royaltine, creating a harmonious blend of flavours. Meanwhile, the Durian log cake, chosen for its less overwhelming and sweeter taste, is carefully harmonized with the signature trace of gula melaka—a celebration of local identity through beloved flavours. Exclusive to this year’s offerings are the handmade Macaron Tree—a lifelike Christmas chocolate tree adorned with macarons—and the limited-edition Carousel Fruit Cake, shaped like a miniature carousel.
