Surrounded by lush greenery and a terrace with their very own urban farm – boasting over 60 different varieties of herbs, edible flowers, and vegetables – PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay Singapore’s all-day dining destination Peppermint presents an all-you-can-eat spread of wholesome Asian and international favourites. Featuring a spacious dining hall and open display kitchen, Peppermint offers the best flavours from around the world alongside their own farm-to-table creations.
Good news for fans and foodies: they’re bringing back the highly anticipated Thai buffet experience this season for a culinary extravaganza crafted by Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee and his brilliant team. From now till Jun 30, indulge in the vibrant flavours of Thailand at their all-you-can-eat Tantalising Thai feast.
Adding masterful strokes of their own to timeless Thai recipes, the Tantalising Thai spread presents mouth-watering highlights like their umami Red Curry Sugar Cane Prawn, aromatic Thai Garlic Prawn with Basil, Stir-fried Squid with Salted Egg, and Steamed Squid drizzled with zesty kaffir lime garlic chilli dressing.
For more seafood goodness, taste their Wok-fried Yellow Curry Crab Meat, cooked with succulent Rock Lobsters in a pineapple tamarind gravy, and that irresistible Black Mussel, simmered in a yellow pineapple gravy.
Diners are also in for a treat at the Gaeng (Thai Curry) Station. Satisfy your cravings with the rich and complex Gaeng Massaman Neua (Black Angus Beef Oxtail), vibrant Kaeng Khiao Wan (Green Curry Chicken), and absolutely delicious Kaeng Phed Ped Yang (Red Curry Roast Duck).
At the Noodle Station, indulge in comforting servings of Thai Beef Kway Chap and their Braised Duck Rice Noodle, or look out for the perennial favourite Khao Mun Gai – poached chicken with fragrant rice, cooked with pandan and ginger from the restaurant’s own urban farm.
For a stunning insta-worthy shot, be sure to go for the Jumbo Tom Yum Seafood Tower, a must-try tower of perfectly cooked shrimps, squid, mussels, and more in a spicy and tangy tom yum broth.
Thai desserts to look forward to include their refreshing Red Ruby in Pandan Syrup, velvety Steamed Tapioca with Coconut Sauce, Thai Tako Pudding with Coconut Topping and more.
In celebration of Father’s Day, dine with your Dad on Jun 17 or 18 in a group of 4 or more to receive a complimentary Father’s Day mug from them!
