Available daily from 2pm to 5pm, the exclusive mango-themed menu presents a three-tiered selection of sweet and savoury creations infused with juicy golden mangoes.
For fans of savoury flavours, go for their Smoked Duck Wrap with mango and caramelised onion, Roasted Shrimp Sandwich with mango and guacamole, a Halibut Roulade with mango and semi-dried tomatoes, as well as a Kebab-style Chicken, enhanced with burnt mango and a miso eggplant purée.
Exquisite creations to satisfy your sweet tooth include their irresistible Pineapple and Mango Éclair, Milk Custard Pudding with Key Lime Mango, a Coconut Gâteau with aromatic lychee and mango, and a Mango Cake that features glutinous rice for added depth.
