Seafood Paradise opens newest outlet at Clarke Quay
For over 20 years now, Seafood Paradise has been delighting foodies with their quality live seafood and innovative expressions of traditional dishes. The Paradise Group’s very first concept, they’re celebrating another exciting milestone with the opening of a brand new outlet at Clarke Quay.
Gaining a steady following year after year with their amazing offerings, the local seafood restaurant now serves up those homespun signatures at one of our island’s most happening entertainment enclaves – offering gourmands from all around the world a taste of their time-tested menu.
A perfect space to dine by the Singapore Riverside, they now also offer value-for-money weekday Executive Lunches for the working crowd. Treat your overseas guests to a taste of some of Singapore’s best seafood dishes.
Head over now to indulge in their most iconic and best-selling dishes, including the famed Creamy Butter Crab topped with Coconut Crumbs. Now a favourite among foodies, the dish was first created by Seafood Paradise themselves. Using Sri Lankan crabs for their firm and sweet flesh, the fragrant sauce comes from a combination of curry leaves, white pepper, lemongrass, and chilli padi.
A tribute to the local scene, their Popular Singapore Style Chilli Crab hits a right balance of sweet, spicy, and tangy. Perhaps one of the most renowned Singaporean dishes, dig into their brightly flavoured rendition with crispy mantous to soak up all that goodness.
Another highlight to definitely go for is their Baked Jade Perch with Sea Salt. Incredibly fresh and silky, the delicate fish is high in omega-3 fatty acids, lightly seasoned, and comes with a side of vibrant green chilli that you’ll not forget once you’ve tried it!
Looking for something even more traditional? There’s the nostalgia-evoking Crispy Phoenix Chicken, a highly delicate and labour-intensive dish to produce. Chicken skin is first removed and dried for up to four hours before being fried to a golden crisp. A delicious mix of minced chicken and squid is then arrayed upon the skin before getting deep-fried.
To celebrate the new opening, Seafood Paradise at Clarke Quay is holding a month-long promotion, offering 50% off different Signature Seafood Classics every week. From Jul 09 to 15, enjoy the deal with their Scottish Bamboo Clam with Minced Garlic. From Jul 16 to 22, go for their sashimi or steamed Australian Lobster. From Jul 23 to 29, have their Steamed Dragon Grouper with Preserved Turnip, and Popular Singapore Style Chilli or Creamy Butter topped with Coconut Crumbs mud crabs from Jul 30 to Aug 05.
