Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant presents foodies with a new Sichuan hot pot experience

Brilliantly crafted by Master Chef Dave Lai, who leads the acclaimed restaurant with over 25 years of experience in a wide range of Chinese cuisines under his belt, the new creation introduces a fresh and innovative take on Sichuan cuisine.

Surrounded by the beauty of award-winning décor featuring Asian artefacts, gold lattice, and vibrant Oriental motifs, Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant’s exquisite experience of authentic Sichuan and Cantonese dining now presents a one-of-a-kind Sichuan-style selection, combining classic flavours with modern culinary techniques and unique ingredients to showcase the richness of Sichuan cuisine.

Using quality produce and traditional spices, fans and foodies can look forward to indulge in specially curated homemade broths, including the Signature Sichuan Mala Butter broth, balancing hard-hitting spice with smooth buttery notes, a rich Double-boiled King Garoupa Bones with Preserved Capsicum broth, painstakingly double-boiled over 4 hours, and a luscious Double-boiled Imperial Fish Maw Collagen broth, a collagen-rich concoction filled with flavours from the sea.
