Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant serves up authentic Cantonese gems

Heading the kitchen is Guangdong-born Executive Cantonese Chef Leung Wing Cheung, a veteran chef with over 40 years of experience in Cantonese and Si Chuan cuisine, displaying his flair and finesse with a menu of timeless classics elevated with contemporary executions.

Amongst the restaurant’s highlights is a one-of-a-kind “year-round lohei”; the Prosperity Exotic Garden Greens with Black Truffle in Osmanthus Sauce platter presents over 20 julienned fruits and vegetables served on ice to whet your appetite.

For an impressive show-stopper, go for their signature Flambé Roast Suckling Pig, where a whole suckling pig prepared with a refined Cantonese recipe of natural spices is flambéed with fragrant rosé wine, then served with a choice of authentic Traditional sauce, Black Golden Garlic sauce, Truffle and Wild Mushroom sauce, Fresh Fruit Pineapple sauce, or Fresh Orange sauce.

A new dish to sweep fans off their feet, the spectacular Duet of Traditional Crispy Duck stuffed with Foie Gras and Glutinous Rice features a Western-style deboned roasted duck with foie gras served alongside a traditional Asian glutinous rice duck with house-made dipping sauces.
