Tiong Bahru Bakery’s latest and largest gem at The Centrepoint

Tiong Bahru Bakery (TBB), has unveiled its latest and largest outlet at The Centrepoint. This expansive 3,500 square-foot space, adorned with lively and inviting hues, can accommodate up to 120 patrons, making it an exciting new destination for food lovers. TBB’s 18th establishment not only offers its well-known artisanal baked goods and expertly crafted coffees but also introduces an exclusive expansion of its hot food menu, available only at The Centrepoint and Raffles City. The menu has options ranging from cherished brunch classics to hearty comfort dishes, thoughtfully created to satisfy diverse palates and cravings.
For those seeking bold flavours, the Hot Chicken and Pumpkin plate is a must-try, featuring succulent seared chicken breast paired with roasted gochujang-spiced Kobucha pumpkin and a creamy wasabi sauce to provide a delightful kick. Another tempting option is the Pulled Pork Risoni, a dish where creamy Risoni blends seamlessly with tender pulled pork and roasted king oyster mushrooms, crowned with a crisp watercress salad and shavings of parmesan cheese.

Brunch enthusiasts will relish the TBB Big Breakfast, a comprehensive morning feast with all the works, and the Savoury Pancakes, with crispy bacon strips sandwiched between light and fluffy pancakes, topped with a sunny-side-up egg and generous lashings of maple syrup. Sweet-toothed patrons will adore the Dessert Croffle, where creamy vanilla bean ice cream is nestled between crispy layers of croffle with a toffee-like caramelized crust.

TBB also introduces a tantalizing lineup of sandwiches and salads, including the flavour-packed Chilli Chicken Sourdough, loaded with spiced chicken and bacon. For those seeking lighter options, the Miso Tofu Salad and nutrient-packed Kale Chicken Caesar are excellent choices. As a special seasonal treat, TBB unveils the Fig and Chestnut Sourdough, adding a touch of seasonal magic to the bakery’s offerings, available for a limited time from October to December.
TBB Centrepoint is designed with colourful and whimsical elements, drawing inspiration from carnival and gypsy motifs. The walls are adorned with hand-painted canvases by renowned local artist XY/X, featuring playful caricatures that symbolise unity and community, cleverly incorporating iconic TBB items. A distinctive highlight of TBB Centrepoint is the open-concept kitchen, where curious customers can catch a glimpse of their croissants being freshly baked every two hours.
In addition to this exciting news, Tiong Bahru Bakery opened its doors at Cluny Court on October 7, 2023, bringing its signature pastries, coffees, and French charm to the historical building near the Botanic Gardens of Singapore.
