Carefully curated to put a spotlight on the season’s best produce at the peak of their freshness, their 8-Course Omakase Lunch Menu showcases flavours from both the land and sea. With the affordable Mai menu, start your delicious journey with two delectable seasonal appetisers that will definitely prep your appetite for the flavours to come. Then move on to two mouth-watering seasonal sashimi cuts, followed by a warm Chawanmushi of the week and their Gindara Miso Yaki – lightly-seared smooth black cod with a touch of miso.

The best of Unkai Sushi comes next with three seasonal sushi using premium quality Japanese rice seasoned with their own unique blend of umeboshi vinegar. Taste the sweet vibrance of Summer this season with buttery otoro, creamy hotate, and delicate shiromi kinmedai. The menu culminates in an exquisite Mini Chirashi Don and heart-warming Miso Soup, before ending off on a sweet note with an ice cream dessert.

An absolute must-try, opt to upgrade your Mini Chirashi Don to their amazing Magic Bowl for an unforgettable serving of rice with the most decadent taste of the ocean. Their Gindara Miso Yaki presents a white fish option, grilling cod fish with miso, while the succulent Pork Cheek Rice Bowl features a fragrant touch of smoky char.
