Welcome a Bunn-tiful New Year with Paradox Singapore Merchant Court

Nestled along the Singapore River, the quaint Paradox Singapore Merchant Court at Clarke Quay offers a distinguished experience that boasts a quiet elegance bolstered by the rich vibrance of heritage.

In preparation for the upcoming Chinese New Year, Paradox Singapore welcomes the Year of the Rabbit with an array of auspicious seasonal offerings that’ll definitely shower us with that festive joy.

Over at Ellenborough Market Café, diners will get to indulge in a Huat buffet line-up that features highlights such as a Golden Coin “Bai Ye” Salad, Fried Nam Yu Pork, and Fried Beancurd with braised Szechuan vegetables. Of course, their famous Peranakan flavours – including their Ayam Buah Keluak and Babi Pongteh – will also be there to complement the experience. In line with the festive mood, dessert lovers will be delighted to find new seasonal treats in the form of a Mandarin Orange Gateau and White Rabbit Mousse Cake.

Find other highlights like Steamed Chicken with assorted mushrooms, red dates, and fungus, Braised Soya Chicken with chestnuts, Braised Duck with yam, and Waxed Meat Rice on their Bunn-tiful Buffet Dinner menu for a heart-warming reunion dinner with the entire family.

For diners looking to hold their reunion dinners on the eve of CNY itself, the one-night Reunion Dinner special on Jan 21 serves up a mouth-watering spread with the likes of Golden Salted Egg Prawns, Abalone Fried Rice, Sea Cucumber with dried oyster, black moss, and flower mushrooms, and Deep Fried Garoupa in superior sauce.

From Jan 16 to Feb 05, you’ll even get to DIY your own Prosperity Yu Sheng with fresh salmon and yuzu chia seed dressing!

In line with the CNY festivities, the hotel’s Crossroads Bar is also offering a seasonal Chinese New Year afternoon tea experience for the entire month of Jan and Feb. Dubbed A Toast to Prosperi-tea, the menu serves up exquisite savouries like a Black-Gold Pillow with bak kwa and chicken floss, salmon tartare Yu Sheng tarts, and even a Mini Pen Cai alongside sweet treats such as a mandarin orange-pistachio Tart, White Rabbit Gateau, and the quintessential Pineapple Tarts.
