Adding excitement to the celebration is Chef Jacky Yu himself, known for his culinary brilliance and popular show “COOK” Season 2. Meet him in person and savour his meticulously crafted dishes.

Among the standout dishes is the Plum Blossom Drunken Seafood, a harmonious blend of sweet, sour, and savoury notes featuring lobster, crab, clams, and conch soaked in a unique brine. The Tomato Sea Cucumber Enoke Hot, Sweet And Sour Soup offers a refreshing yet hearty option, combining sea cucumber, tomatoes, vinegar, and enoke mushrooms for a comforting and invigorating taste. The Zesty Lemon Roast Chicken bursts with citrusy flavours, while the Grilled Pomfret In Special Marinate captivates with its aromatic blend of spices.
