Discover the magic of coffee at the inaugural Singapore Coffee Week
The Singapore Coffee Association is thrilled to announce the first-ever Singapore Coffee Week, taking place from 31 October to 3 November 2024 at Plaza Singapura (Level 1 Main Atrium, from 10am to 10pm). This exciting event celebrates Singapore’s vibrant and rapidly evolving coffee culture, aiming to educate consumers about the rich history, origins, and preparation methods of coffee. With a diverse range of interactive activities, booths, coffee masterclasses, and thrilling competitions, it promises to be a memorable experience for all coffee lovers.
Over 32 local and international brands will showcase their finest products at the event, including well-known names like Tanamera Coffee, Huggs Coffee, and Cowpresso. Attendees will have the chance to sample an array of coffee drinks and discover a range of coffee-related products, from beans and drip bags to grinders and brewing machines.
One of the highlights of Singapore Coffee Week is the Interactive Learning Experience, where visitors can embark on a journey through the entire coffee process—from bean harvesting to brewing. This educational trip aims to deepen attendees’ appreciation for coffee and its vital role in our multicultural society.
Don’t miss the thrilling Singapore Barista Team Championships, where ten teams of skilled baristas will compete to craft exceptional beverages. The winning team will take home a cash prize of S$3,000 and earn the chance to represent Singapore at the ASEAN Barista Team Championship 2025.
Additionally, free coffee masterclasses will be held on the main stage, featuring demonstrations on coffee cupping and latte art from top industry experts. Other exciting competitions, such as the Dalla Corte Espresso Championship and the De’Longhi Home Barista Throwdown, will keep the adrenaline pumping throughout the event.
Participants will have the chance to win over 2,500 prizes valued at S$30,000 simply by engaging in various activities.
