Vietjet launches direct flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Perth and Adelaide, expanding its presence in Australia. The debut makes Vietjet the first Vietnamese carrier in South and Western Australia. Western Australia’s Deputy Premier Rita Saffioti and South Australia’s Tourism Minister Zoe Bettison extend congratulations, as Vietjet doubles its weekly Australia flights to 58. Within a year of entering the market, Vietjet now serves five key Australian cities. The new routes enhance connectivity to Vietnam and Asia, passengers from Singapore can now explore Vietnam before reaching Adelaide or Perth by booking flights on Vietjet’s modern, eco-friendly aircraft.
