Reverie On Hill: Where authenticity takes the spotlight
After years of shaping campaigns and consulting for over 50 beauty, wellness, and retail brands across Asia, Gene Kwok — founder of creative performance agency Damnzai — noticed a surprising truth: the slickest campaigns didn’t always move the most product. What truly worked? Authenticity.
“The highest-performing content came from real people sharing real opinions,” says Gene. “Not studio-perfect ads — but raw TikTok testimonials, casual microcreator reviews, and unscripted experiences.” That revelation sparked the creation of Reverie On Hill (ROH) — a creator-powered retail experience opening its doors on 25 July 2025 at Singapore’s leafy Dempsey Hill. ROH is more than just a store — it’s a space where customers are rewarded for being real. Through content, reviews, and word-of-mouth, anyone can become a creator and earn exclusive perks, discounts, and even income.
At the heart of ROH is a radically different approach to beauty and wellness retail: discovery powered by content. The space is designed for exploration — every product on the shelf is meant to be tested, reviewed, and talked about. Customers are encouraged to try what resonates with them and share their experiences on their own terms. In return, they unlock rewards through ROH’s three-tiered membership system.
Inside ROH’s thoughtfully designed space, visitors will find over 200 curated SKUs spanning skincare, wellness, and lifestyle. From Korean biotech serums and Australian botanicals to organic supplements and therapeutic scents, the lineup includes cult-favourite and up-and-coming brands like Beaund, Desert Free, elivity®, Rabbit Habit, and Paloma — some of which are carried exclusively at ROH.

There are no listing fees or paid placements. Instead, products earn their place through trial, feedback, and content resonance. ROH’s selection is refreshed quarterly based on real-time insights, ensuring only the most loved items stay on the shelf. Each product comes with a QR code that lets shoppers learn more, read real reviews, post content, or generate their own affiliate link. If their recommendation leads to a sale, they earn a commission. If a product underperforms in reviews, it’s removed.
ROH also offers a hands-on experience with express facials and wellness rituals in two private treatment rooms — letting customers try products firsthand before posting or purchasing. Five signature treatments are available, designed to relax and restore.
To celebrate both Singapore’s 60th birthday and its own launch, ROH is running a limited-time SG60 promotion through August and September 2025: enjoy a 30-minute express facial for $60 and receive the full amount back as store credit. Essentially, it’s a free treatment — if you find something you love.

More than a store, ROH is a creator-first ecosystem. Whether it’s a short video, a thoughtful review, or a creative reel, all content is welcomed and rewarded. The membership program includes:
-
Storyteller: Post 1–2 approved pieces → 20% off storewide for 30 days
-
Curator: 3+ approved pieces → 30% off for 60 days
-
Reverie Black Card (coming soon, invite-only): 40% off all year, early access to product drops, VIP events, and premium perks through Damnzai’s network of partners
Top performers can also unlock affiliate income and paid content opportunities with ROH’s and Damnzai’s brand partners. By turning content creation into an open invitation, Reverie On Hill bridges the gap between discovery, trust, and reward — all while spotlighting the voices that matter most: real people.
In a world tired of polished perfection, ROH champions something refreshingly different: the honest, unfiltered truth. And that might just be the future of beauty retail.
